Injury headline:Christian Watson took a big hit on a 53-yard catch in the second quarter, got taken to a local hospital, and then came back in the third quarter and finished the game. Ryan Wood (@ByRyanWood) reported after the game that Watson was coughing up blood on the sideline, the tests at the hospital checked out, and it was "just a broken rib." He still finished with 8 catches for 113 yards on 10 targets while playing only 49% of the snaps. On the Carolina side, the only in-game injuries in the play-by-play were defensive back Will Lee and guard Corey Bullock, so no skill players got hurt.
Carolina Panthers
Alright, let's start with the thing that's going to drive everything for this offense: Bryce Young was sacked six times, and he went 23 of 42 for 209 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Joe Person (@josephperson) wrote the morning after that Green Bay kept bringing pressure the line couldn't handle and that Young couldn't escape. That's two straight weeks of the same problem, so keep that in mind before you get excited about any Panthers pass catcher.
