Please read these terms before using www.32beatwriters.com (the “Site”), operated by 32BeatWriters LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be 18 or older to subscribe. The Site is not directed at children under 13.
Paid plans renew automatically. A monthly plan renews each month and a yearly plan renews each year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Account page. After you cancel, access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not charge the next period. Checkout is handled by Stripe.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 32BeatWriters LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The ownership, disclaimer, and liability terms still apply after access ends.
We may suspend or end access to the Site if you break these terms. You can stop using the Site and cancel a paid plan from your Account page at any time.
The Site links to services we do not control, including Stripe, Discord, Google, MailerLite, and Statyx. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect. What counts as material is our call. If you keep using the Site after the new terms apply, you accept them. If you do not, stop using the Site and cancel any subscription.
