When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and username. Your password is sent to our API, which stores it hashed. This website does not keep your password in the browser. If you check Remember me on the login page, we save only the email or username you typed.
Subscriptions are paid through Stripe. Stripe collects your card details on its own checkout page. We do not store card numbers. We keep a record of your plan, whether it is active, and the Stripe customer and subscription ids our API returns so we can tell what you have access to.
Members can link a Discord account so we can give them the matching member role. When you connect Discord we receive the Discord account id and username that Discord sends back. You can disconnect that link from your Account page.
If you sign up for tips and news from the footer, we send that email address to MailerLite. Those messages include a way to unsubscribe. You can also email info@32beatwriters.com and ask to be removed.
If you choose Continue with Google, Google sends us the email, name, and profile picture on that Google account so we can sign you in or start a subscription. You can still create an account with an email and password instead.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets its own cookies and receives the page address and a general location. Our tag asks Google to anonymize IP addresses and to turn off advertising personalization. Analytics loads when you open the site. The cookie notice at the bottom of the page is a reminder, not a switch that turns analytics off.
Fantasy Grid sets an anonymous cookie named fgid. It is a random id, not your name, email, or IP address. We use it to remember your guesses on that browser and to count how many people play each square, so the Rarity Score is not inflated by refreshing the page. Hard Mode uses the same cookie with a separate daily count.
Pages load a Statyx script so the stats widget can run. Member data tools request a short-lived token from our server after you are signed in. Statyx is a statistics display. It is not a chatbot, and we do not send it your password.
Our host and API keep ordinary server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time. We use those logs to run the site and to investigate abuse.
The site uses cookies for login, the Fantasy Grid id, and Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking them can sign you out or reset a grid in progress. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run a separate sale opt-out because there is no sale.
We share information with the services that do a job for us: Stripe for payments, Discord for member roles, MailerLite for the newsletter, Google for Analytics and optional sign-in, and Statyx for the stats widget. We do not sell personal information.
We keep account and billing records while your account is open and for as long as we need them to provide access, handle payments, and meet tax or security needs. A newsletter address stays with MailerLite until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Server logs are kept for the period our host retains them.
Email info@32beatwriters.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. There is no delete button in Account settings. We will remove the account unless we have to keep a record for a payment dispute, a legal duty, or security.
If you live in California you can email info@32beatwriters.com to ask what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will not charge you a different price for asking. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. You must be 18 or older to buy a subscription.
