Jonathan Cooper stopped a dump-off pass to Harvey for a loss during a dominant three-play stretch by the defender. Harvey later caught a wheel route from Sam Ehlinger approximately 20 to 30 yards down the right sideline for a major gain. He had enough space after the catch that the play carried potential to develop into a touchdown, demonstrating his ability to threaten the defense well beyond the line of scrimmage as a receiver.
