Considering Price's absence, the Seahawks will again turn to Emanuel Wilson and George Holani as their primary running backs, with Velus
Jones Jr. or recently acquired Robert Henry Jr. as the third option. The 5-foot-10, 226-pound Wilson doesn't have much burst but was steady against the Cardinals and Chargers, with 21 carries in each game. Holani will be used more on third down and in short-yardage situations. He's been solid out of the backfield on checkdowns, with seven catches for 52 yards.

A new offensive coordinator in Brian Fleury, an injured starting running back in Price and Darnold’s absence led to a lack of familiarity on offense. Not to mention, the Seahawks have been quite predictable schematically — roughly half of Seattle’s successful plays have been some variation of “get the ball to Smith-Njigba.” Perhaps, then, it’s unsurprising that Seattle is among the league’s bottom-feeders on third down.
