Smith has agreed to a free-agent deal with the Green Bay Packers, a team source confirmed to The Athletic on Thursday.

(Kraft said this offseason he didn’t know how the Tennessee Titans could let go of Whyle, who signed with the Packers’ practice squad last August.)
