Hibner took a bit of an opposite path to his debut.
There were some concerns coming from the Ravens beat about the TE room after some drops and lack of separation in practice. However, in a live game, Hibner looked the part with his 5/61/0 receiving line, including a beautiful wheel route from Huntley in Q1. Hibner gave some flashes of the #88 safety blanket that takes you back to Dennis Pitta’s days. That’s a little premature, but he looks sure handed and has very good speed, which should get some nice looks against the second level of NFL pass defenses.
