CJ Williams was a healthy scratch for the Jaguars for the third week in a row, with the sixth-round receiver so far only seeing playing
time in Week 1's blowout of the Cleveland Browns. Williams seems unlikely to get many snaps as a rookie unless the Jaguars sustain injuries at the wide receiver position, which they have managed to avoid entirely to this point in the season. There could be a question of whether Williams will get called up as the Jaguars deal with cornerback injuries, which would limit Travis Hunter to just the defensive side of the ball.
The same logic we used for CJ WIlliams can also apply to Josh Cameron, but there are two notable differences. One is the fact that I think we could see Cameron take some snaps on offense as a run-blocker, which could give him at least some semblance of an offensive role. Then there is the fact that Cameron could be a legit option for the Jaguars as either a kick or punt returner, and there is a path toward him playing some snaps.
