Despite all the injuries the 49ers have sustained at wide receiver, they can take solace in George Kittle looking a hell of a lot more like George Kittle. I flagged that he looked like he was false stepping in the opener, but he’s looking increasingly comfortable. It still doesn’t look to me like he’s where he was pre-injury, but he’s also a top-1 percentile athlete ever at the position, so that doesn’t seem to matter.
